Email¶
Purpose¶
The Email module lets the cooperative send emails to members and staff directly from QoopOne. Like SMS, emails can be sent to individuals or groups, and templates can be saved for reuse. Common uses include welcome emails for new members, account statements, loan notices, and event invitations.
Who Can Access¶

How to Open This Page¶

Compose and Send Email¶
- Go to Email.
- Click Compose Email.
- Fill in:

- Click Send.
Email Templates¶
- Click Templates.
- Click New Template.
- Name the template and write the subject and body.
- Click Save Template.
Email History¶
Shows all emails that have been sent.

Test Before Sending
Before sending to all members, send a test email to yourself to check formatting.
